We look forward to welcoming you to our office. Once you schedule your appointment with Dr. Jones, you’ll have the convenience of completing your new patient forms online in advance—helping streamline your visit and minimize wait time.
First Visit
When you arrive, our friendly front desk team will greet you and assist with any paperwork or questions you may have. We take pride in creating a family-oriented atmosphere, and our staff is committed to making you feel comfortable and at home. You’ll be given a brief tour of the office so you know exactly what to expect.

Next, one of our assistants will bring you to a private consultation room, where you’ll meet with Dr. Jones. He’ll take the time to discuss your current symptoms, health history, and personal goals. Following the consultation, Dr. Jones will perform a comprehensive examination—including range-of-motion testing, orthopedic assessments, and evaluation of any tight or tender muscles.

In most cases, we also take X-rays (excluding pregnant patients) to evaluate for any underlying structural issues that may be contributing to your pain or discomfort. This thorough approach helps ensure an accurate diagnosis and a personalized plan of care.

Second Visit
At your second appointment, Dr. Jones will take the time to thoroughly review the results of your examination and X-rays. He’ll clearly explain how these findings relate to your symptoms and overall health, ensuring you fully understand the source of your discomfort.

Based on this evaluation, Dr. Jones will present a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. He’ll explain how the recommended treatments can help improve your condition and outline what to expect throughout your care— including how often you may need to come in and for how long.

We will also review your insurance benefits (if applicable) and provide a clear explanation of any financial responsibilities upfront, so you can feel confident moving forward without any unexpected costs.

Dr. Jones will answer all of your questions and make sure you’re comfortable with every aspect of your care. Once everything is discussed and agreed upon, you’ll begin your first recommended therapies as part of your customized treatment plan.
